Tipsy Panda welcomes you with its bold and striking red neon light that draws your attention to enter their premises. At Tipsy Panda, you will experience its unique design that lets you unknowingly feel as if you were in Hong Kong.

The design emanates a blend of old and modern parts of Hong Kong through the groovy neon light signage, traditional bamboo scaffoldings, metal-arch bar bottle display and eccentric lighting fixtures commanding an enjoyable ambience while offering functionality to what seemingly is an exciting space.
A check reveals that this project was designed by HW | Homeworks, the same designers who brought you the popular beach-themed Tipsy Flamingo at Raffles City.
