This survey aims to provide valuable insights into commuting patterns, supporting the development of an efficient and inclusive transportation system.

Participants will be asked to provide details about their daily commutes, including travel to work, school, and community hubs. Contributions to this survey play a vital role in shaping policies and infrastructure improvements that meet the evolving needs of Singapore’s population.

The survey, conducted digitally or through face-to-face interviews (by LTA’s authorised vendor), adheres to strict data protection protocols to ensure the security and confidentiality of respondents' information.

Important Updates:

  • The HTS resumed on 01 January 2025, after a temporary pause during the year-end holidays.

  • The extended survey period runs until 28 February 2025, aiming to reach a target of 30,000 completed responses.

  • Participation may be capped daily, so interested individuals are encouraged to try again the next day if they are unable to access the survey.

Additional Incentive:

According to The Straits Times, respondents who complete the online survey will receive a $10 supermarket e-voucher, limited to one per address.

Contributing to the HTS not only helps shape Singapore's transport landscape but also offers a tangible reward for participants' valuable input. Find out more here!
