Sigur Rós to Perform Live in Singapore with Resound Collective in February 2025

Icelandic post-rock band Sigur Rós has announced their highly anticipated Asia tour, which includes two performances at the Esplanade Theatre in Singapore on 25 and 26 February 2025.

The band, comprising guitarist Jónsi Birgisson, bassist Georg Hólm, and multi-instrumentalist Kjartan Sveinsson, will collaborate with Singapore’s Resound Collective, giving their music an orchestral twist.

This tour showcases a unique blend of Sigur Rós' atmospheric soundscapes with symphonic arrangements, creating an immersive musical experience for fans. The performances will feature a mix of newer songs and classic tracks from the band’s repertoire, reimagined in collaboration with orchestras around the world.
