The next Istana Open House (IOH) is set for Sunday, 02 February 2025, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, offering visitors a chance to experience the beauty and history of one of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks.

Istana Heritage Tour
Discover the fascinating history and lush landscape of the Istana with the guided Heritage Tour. Spanning one hour, the walking tour begins at the Main Gate and highlights key areas such as the Villa, Japanese Garden, and Ceremonial Plaza. Tours are available hourly from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in English and Mandarin. Fees apply, with proceeds going to agencies supported by the President’s Challenge.

Visitors can purchase exclusive Istana and President’s Challenge memorabilia, including caps, mugs, bookmarks, postcards, luggage tags, and keychains. Only cashless payments via credit/debit cards or QR codes are accepted. Proceeds support benefitting agencies across various sectors, including eldercare, mental health, and disability sports.

The IOH may be canceled due to inclement weather. Visitors are advised to seek shelter at tentages or nearby malls during prolonged lightning risks.
