A Taste of Spring: ISETAN's Sakura Matsuri Returns to NEX

The much-anticipated ISETAN Sakura Matsuri has made its return to NEX, bringing with it a delightful selection of seasonal Japanese delicacies.

Running from 11 March to 23 March 2025 at the NEX Atrium, Level 1, this festival celebrates the beauty of spring with a curated lineup of sakura-inspired sweets, savoury treats, and premium Japanese products.

Visitors can indulge in a variety of specialty foods, including the exquisite Sakura Mont Blanc Cake, Wagyu Croquettes, and the Mt. Fuji Wagyu Menchi Katsu Burger. For those with a sweet tooth, the festival offers Strawberry and Matcha Mochi Ice Cream, Sake Lees Basque Cheesecake, and the richly flavoured Matcha Fondant Chocolate.

Traditional favourites such as Sakura Mochi and Sakura Ebi Onigiri are also available, allowing guests to experience the delicate yet bold flavours of Japan’s springtime cuisine.

In addition to the delectable food offerings, visitors have the opportunity to take part in a special giveaway. By following NEX Singapore and Isetan Singapore on Facebook, posting a photo of their food from the festival in the comments, and tagging a friend, participants stand a chance to win a $30 voucher from ISETAN. Three winners will be selected, and the giveaway will run until 23 March 2025 at 11:59 PM.
